About 2017, James' wife urged him to change careers once his boys were old enough to work with him.  In 2021, James stepped out in faith, saying no to government mandates (finally listening to his wife) and started Shadetree Patriot Services.  Shadetree Patriot Services exists to provide quality construction and handyman services to the Greenville, Tx and surrounding area community.  James loves to serve his community through his work and also volunteers locally with "For the City" (forthecity.info) and afar with "Eight Days of Hope" (eightdaysofhope.com) mission organizations. James has taken a life long hobby of building and helping friends, neighbors, and family to making a family based business and career out of his passions.
